Raghav Paul

Raghav Paul is a dual-qualified lawyer with close to a decade of legal experience in India before continuing his practice in Canada. His practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation and estates, with experience handling complex disputes and matters requiring practical, strategic solutions.

Before practicing in Canada, Raghav worked with leading law firms in India, gaining diverse experience across civil and commercial disputes, intellectual property, brand protection, insurance and personal injury matters. His diverse experience has given him a broad commercial perspective and a strong appreciation for the importance of strategy, detail and effective advocacy.

Raghav is committed to providing clients with clear advice, thoughtful strategy and effective representation, while approaching each matter with an understanding of the practical realities behind the legal issues.

Outside the law, Raghav follows Formula 1, cricket and the English Premier League. He is a devoted Ferrari and Liverpool FC supporter. He enjoys classic, psychedelic and progressive rock from the 1960s and 70s as well as urban pop. He occasionally picks up his guitar and unwinds with his PlayStation. For Raghav, a good holiday involves either mountains or beaches.
