Ravinder Mann

Ravi has practiced Family Law and Criminal Law since his call to the Bar in Ontario in 2009. He takes practical and client focussed approach in helping his clients navigate the complexities of Family Law and the criminal justice process.

   Devinder, the firm's managing partner, specializes in real estate, business, immigration, and wills & estates law. Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2010, he holds a law degree from the prestigious Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law at the University of Delhi. With over 25 years of international experience, he's adept at handling various legal matters, including real estate transactions from residential to multimillion-dollar commercial deals. Devinder's expertise includes sales, purchases, refinancing, title transfers, private mortgages, leases, and power of sale proceedings. He's known for his dedication to client satisfaction and excellence in legal service. 

Amit Vinayak is a highly skilled lawyer with extensive experience in both Corporate Law and Canadian Immigration Law. With dual licensure, he provides tailored legal services to individuals and corporations alike. His areas of expertise include Corporate Law and Tax Law—particularly the drafting of shareholder agreements, lease agreements, and corporate restructuring—as well as Tax Disputes and Objections, Representation before Tax Court and the CRA. Additionally, Amit specializes in Immigration matters, including visa refusals, appeals, asylum cases, deportation proceedings, and humanitarian applications. Passionate about his field, he is actively involved in professional associations and frequently shares his insights through seminars. Outside of his legal practice, Amit enjoys engaging with political affairs and cherishing quality time with his family.

 Harry is a civil litigation and family law lawyer. He became a lawyer in 2008. He regularly appears at all levels of courts in Ontario including the Ontario Court of Appeal, Superior Court of Justice and Ontario Court of Justice. He brings a compassionate approach towards his clients.
